Cancellation Policy
• Reminders are sent 72 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
• Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments will not be accepted until the outstanding fees are paid.
• A deposit is non-refundable. It is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
• No guarantees or refunds are provided for services rendered. Retail products are non-refundable; however, unopened products may be exchanged for an account credit applicable to future services.
• Arriving 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or modified service. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service, regardless of the actual service duration.
• If you are 15-20 minutes late with no communication, your schedule appointment will be either rescheduled or cancelled.
